Workers Education Association is a national organisation, which offers free or reduced fee for those claiming Income Related benefits, online courses from beginner to intermediate, each course is designed to help you advance your English. They do offer classes in person, but these are not offered all year round. Please get in contact with the organisation to see if you are eligible for fee remission.
