They offer a range of services to support you in your recovery, including counselling, advocacy, peer support and group work. They operate a helpline and email service to offer emotional support and to signpost you to other support services that can help. This service is open to individuals of any gender and aged 14+ and can be accessed on Monday 19:00 - 21:00 and Wednesday 12:00 - 13:30.
