It is a multi-agency headed by Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and East Sussex County Council Children's Services staff who are experienced with children and young people, they will work together to deal with concerns reaching Level 3 or 4. SPoA is now the contact for referrals to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), to assist 0-18 year olds experiencing social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
