They have a special LGBTQ+ hate crime helpline to offer practical and emotional support. You can remain anonymous when talking to Galop. The helpline is open Monday to Friday between 10:00 - 16:00. If you are charged for phone calls, you can email Galop and request a call back to avoid call charges. There are translation services available if you feel more comfortable speaking your native language.
