They offer multiple services to assist those in the asylum process, including casework, one to one support, help to reunite families in the UK and special services for children and families. The British Red Cross offers a helpline for anyone in the UK. They can provide support in 200 languages, just ask “can I speak to a translator?”. The helpline is open 10:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 20:00 on Wednesday. Local groups are key to the establishment and running of the British Red Cross.
