This class specialises in Iyengar yoga, focused on correct alignment, sequencing of postures, safety and progression. It is open to all abilities, and they use blocks, belts and chairs to assist students to overcome their difficulties and realise their full potential. The club is the first recognised Club of Sanctuary for its work with refugees, players are invited to join in multiple sessions with the hope of building friendships and a community in Brighton &amp; Hove.
