           <description>Contact Number: 01273670145 Brighton Table Tennis Club is a charity working with individuals of all ages, including refugees and asylum seekers. It aims to improve health, celebrate diversity and build a community. The club has a full time centre with ten tables in Kemptown and runs over 200 tables across Brighton &amp; Hove. Sessions are free and you are encouraged to join, even if you have never played table tennis before! The club is the first recognised Club of Sanctuary for its work with refugees, players are invited to join in multiple sessions with the hope of building friendships and a community in Brighton &amp; Hove. The British Red Cross offers a helpline for anyone in the UK. They can provide support in 200 languages, just ask “can I speak to a translator?”. The helpline is open 10:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 20:00 on Wednesday. Local groups are key to the establishment and running of the British Red Cross.
