           <description>Helpline number: 0808 2000 247 This is a free phone service that offers support for women experiencing domestic violence, as well as friends/family who are concerned for an individual. The line is open 24/7 and has interpreters available, if needed. There is also a live chat, if it is difficult to speak on the phone. The chat is only open Monday - Friday between 15:00-22:00.</description>
