           <title>Assessment and Treatment Services</title>
           <description>NHS Assessment and Treatment Service is the entry point into mental health services for people over the age of 18 years old. The ALS team is based in East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton and Hove. With the support of a lead practitioner, this service provides you with specific psychological therapy and long-term care. You must be referred by your General Practitioner (GP) in order to access this service.</description>

           <description>Helpline: 08001512605 A service provided by Barnardos, Boloh is a helpline offering emotional support, advice and free therapy to adult asylum seekers and Black, Asian, or Minority Ethnic parents. They can also help you access health services and find community support. They offer a range of languages with access to interpreters, so you can speak in your own language. The free helpline is open Monday-Friday between 10:00 - 20:00 and on Saturday between 10:00 - 15:00.</description>

           <description>Contact Number: 03000020060 The Wellbeing Service is a part of the local NHS primary healthcare service, it provides therapeutic support to those suffering from mental health but who do not need hospitalisation. Having specialised programmes for children, young adults, and adults, the Wellbeing Service is free to anyone, including refugees and asylum seekers,with a postcode beginning with BN1, BN2, BN3, or BN41. There are two ways to be referred to this service, via a GP or via a form that can be downloaded from their website.</description>
