           <title>Single Point of Advice (SPoA) - East Sussex</title>
           <description>Emergency Duty Service number: 01273335905 or 01273335906 - SPoA is a single point of contact to discuss concerns about a young person or child. It is a multi-agency headed by Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and East Sussex County Council Children&#039;s Services staff who are experienced with children and young people, they will work together to deal with concerns reaching Level 3 or 4. SPoA is now the contact for referrals to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), to assist 0-18 year olds experiencing social, emotional and mental health difficulties. If you believe a child or young person is in immediate danger, call 999.</description>

They offer a range of services to support you in your recovery, including counselling, advocacy, peer support and group work. They operate a helpline and email service to offer emotional support and to signpost you to other support services that can help. This service is open to individuals of any gender and aged 14+ and can be accessed on Monday 19:00 - 21:00 and Wednesday 12:00 - 13:30.</description>
